Katie is a young and mysterious woman who is trying to escape her past. Recently, she has moved to a new town with her daughter. Here, she meets Angela and they form a strong friendship. Angela, like Katie, is also a mother. However, their friendship takes a different turn when Angela and her husband Brian offer Katie to be their nanny and live in their guest house. Soon, it becomes apparent that Katie has an obsession with the Morgans' daughters that has been developing over time. It will be revealed in a short period of time that Katie's true plan is to break up the family by taking on the role of a surrogate mother for Angela and Brian's upcoming child.
