Sam is a person whose life is filled with unfortunate events, such as not having matching pairs of socks and dropping the jam side of the bread on the floor. Everything seems to go wrong for Sam. However, his luck changes one day when he finds a lucky coin on the ground. Unfortunately, Sam accidentally drops the coin into the toilet. Feeling upset, Sam encounters a talking black cat who tells him that he can secretly follow it to find a new lucky coin and enter the forbidden Land of Luck, where humans are not allowed to enter. Unaware of the misfortunes that his inherent bad luck can bring to the Land of Luck, Sam embarks on this journey.
